KARACHI: The bail of Khawaja Izhar, Raof Siddiqui, Qamar Mansoor and others in connection with the cases of facilitation and incendiary speech have been extended till May 20 by an Anti Terrorism Court (ATC).
While issuing again non-bailable arrest warrants for Muttahida Qaumi Movement founding Chief Altaf Hussain and nine other leaders in connection with cases pertaining to the incendiary speeches delivered by the party founder, an ATC ordered investigation police to present the accused in the court in next hearing.
The non-bailable arrest warrant includes names of MQM founder, MQM-Pakistan convener Dr Farooq Sattar, Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui and others.
Leader of MQM Pakistan and opposition leader in Sindh Assembly Khawaja Izahr, Rauf Siddiqui and Qamar Mansoor were present before the court during the hearing.
